Founded in 1993, Indigo Seven Limited is a privately owned property investment and development company.

We invest in and develop a wide range of commercial, industrial and residential projects.

Our key priorities are to ensure that our properties are sustainably designed, built and managed. We aim to conserve and improve the built environment by enhancing and redeveloping existing buildings, with a particular emphasis on listed and historic buildings.
